everything was simply wonderful. fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was marvellous and incredible and next to the snowy mountain and the restaurant and the ski slopes. our room was excellent and modern with nice view.

We had well-equipped queen room with balconies with a beautiful bathroom, splendid mountain view, the coffee. Also, location was nice and absolutely perfect, not very far from Babin do.

The stay at Hotel Han Bjelasnica was epic! The slopes were lit in the morning, perfect for us ski fanatics. The rooms were comfy & the view was fire! The restaurant was on point, with delish food that hit different. Shoutout to the cleaning ladies holding it down!

They could've turned up the party vibes a bit. We were looking for some lit activities for young party-goers like us.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains. We were able to easily rent ski equipment and hit the slopes right in front of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, from the reception girls who provided excellent service, to the lady chefs in the kitchen who prepared delicious meals. We were impressed by the spacious and comfortable rooms, which were always kept clean by the efficient housekeeping staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a masjid and a restaurant serving tasty halal food. The free breakfast was filling and the coffee was amazing. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided additional heaters on request and had a supermarket conveniently located near the reception. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great room size and amazing bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The hotel has a convenient location and is easily accessible from the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the free parking and the free Wi-Fi, which worked perfectly.

The dinner menu was overpriced and the portions were small. The hotel lacked adequate heating, and our room was chilly throughout our stay.

Great breakfast, and location close to ski resort so we didn't need to drive. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious which was nice for our group.

Communication with reception needs improvement as they did not properly keep track of payments. I also had to wait for a long time for a call back concerning my forgotten passport, which was not a pleasant experience.
